We have just launched Just Bonds 2011. All the proceeds of Just Bonds will help nef to build a more just and sustainable economy. nef has now been working towards this new kind of economy for 25 years. The Just Bond will help us make a giant leap towards making it a reality.
The Just Bond will never make you rich. It gives no financial benefits whatsoever. It cannot be redeemed (you can’t get your money back) and as with all charitable donations, it doesn’t pay out interest. But buy a Just Bond or give one as a gift and you’ll be helping to create a better future for everyone. And that’s something you can’t put a price on.
As a Just Bondholder you will be invited to discussion meetings throughout the year and receive regular updates on what impact your money is having. And of course, you’ll also receive one of our beautifully designed Just Bonds.
You can buy a bond for yourself or as a gift for someone else, invest jointly as a family or buy a bond on behalf of your school or organisation.
Each bond costs £500. Bonds are non-refundable (you will not get your money back) and do not provide any financial return. But you will be part of a small group of committed individuals who will have helped nef seize this important moment where change is still possible.
Benefits to you
Although we cannot offer any financial incentive, there are some personal benefits to buying a Just Bond that last for a year after you buy the bond. As a bondholder you will:
- Have the opportunity to meet other bond holders and nef’s Executive Director and Heads of Research at discussion meetings.
- Receive quarterly updates on the impact that your investment is having.
- Be invited to exclusive bondholder events.
- Receive a complimentary copy of nef's annual review
- Be acknowledged (if you wish) as a nef Just Bond holder on our website and on other Just Bond materials.
Participation in the Just Bond offer does not bestow any rights of ownership or any form of economic rights with respect to nef but will constitute a non-refundable charitable donation to nef (registered charity no. 1055254).
