Five Ways to Wellbeing: Postcards

October 21, 2008 // Written by:

NEF's centre for wellbeing has developed a set of five evidence-based actions for a major new government report into wellbeing that, if practised regularly, can improve personal wellbeing.

In the midst of the credit crunch, growing economic uncertainty and accelerating climate change, the recommended actions, based on extensive research compiled by NEF for the Government’s Foresight project on Mental Capital and Wellbeing, show that wellbeing does not depend on spending money or consuming more.

NEF produced five postcards - one for each of the five ways to wellbeing.
